Brad Calobrace
Board Member
Dr. Calobrace, an Indiana University Medical School graduate, completed residencies in General and Plastic Surgery at the University of Southern California. Following an aesthetic and breast surgery fellowship, he started practicing in Louisville, Kentucky, in 1997. With dual clinical faculty appointments at the University of Louisville and the University of Kentucky, he received teaching honors in various years. Dr. Calobrace directs a one-year Aesthetic Surgery Fellowship endorsed by The Aesthetic Society.

Paul spent 30 years in management positions at Procter & Gamble, Allergan (President) and Ferring Inc (CEO).
He is currently a member of the board of directors of several companies around the world (LEO Pharma, HTL, Hallura) and advises private equity funds.
Per Hedén
Founder
Dr. Per Hedén, Associate Professor of Plastic Surgery at the Karolinska Institute, is a microsurgery and facial paralysis reanimations pioneer. Founder and Head of Akademikliniken, Europe’s largest private plastic surgery hospital, with facilities in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Malmö, Gothenburg, and Oslo. The hospital, led by Dr. Hedén, conducts over 5,000 surgeries and 50,000 non-surgical procedures annually.

Alona Gellerman, currently Vice President for Business Development and KOLs Relationship, has a distinguished career in pharmaceuticals and aesthetics. Formerly Vice President of Marketing at Allergan, Teoxane, and Merz, she excels in leadership, strategic partnerships, and impactful marketing strategies. Known for advancing professionals’ understanding in aesthetics and pharmaceuticals, she plays a key role in business development and industry relationships.
Shimon Eckhouse
Founder & Chairman of the Board
Inventor, investor, and entrepreneur in medical devices and technology. Founder, Co-Founder, and investor in 20+ companies in medical technology and high-tech areas. Creator of IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) technology, a popular non-invasive energy-based solution for medical aesthetic applications. Holds 60+ US patents, hundreds internationally, and authored 50+ papers. Member of the Board of Governors at the Technion Israeli Institute of Technology.
